We are a locally owned and operated company running three generations deep. Applebee Enterprises Inc. was established in 2005 by owner and operator Thomas Applebee. Joining Thomas is his father and his son and daughter. Together they have gained the reputation of being a reputable contractor exceeding their clients' expectations.

Our project management approach ensures the smoothest possible progression of every project, large and small. Before starting Applebee Enterprises, Inc., Thomas enjoyed a successful career working for other construction companies and became a certified building contractor with the State of Florida and owned and operated his first construction company in 1995. He also earned his class B HVAC certification and also owned a successful air conditioning company.

Thomas alone has over 20 years of experience in the building construction industry and his knowledge exceeds the general construction aspects. It's this knowledge and experience that has become the foundation of Applebee Enterprises, Inc. From starter homes to luxury estates our team of professionals will work with you from project inception to completion. We are happy to work with your architect or introduce you to one of our own design partners.
